The Adidas Adizero Boston 13 is a lightweight, responsive performance running shoe designed for tempo runs, speed sessions and long-distance training. Built as a fast training companion for race day, it combines responsive cushioning with a propulsive feel to help runners maintain pace comfortably over distance.

The updated midsole combines Lightstrike and Lightstrike Pro cushioning, providing a balance of lightweight responsiveness, impact protection and energy return. Glass-fibre ENERGYRODS 2.0 add stiffness and propulsion through toe-off, creating a faster and more efficient transition without the aggressive feel of a full carbon-plated racing shoe.

A redesigned lightweight mesh upper provides breathability and targeted support, while the secure midfoot construction helps keep the foot locked in when running at higher speeds. Underfoot, the LIGHTTRAXION outsole reduces weight while Continental™ Rubber in key toe-off areas delivers dependable traction. Adidas also increased the amount of Lightstrike Pro foam compared with the Boston 12, giving the Boston 13 a softer and more comfortable ride.
